Free Consultation:
One of the biggest indicators of successfully meeting your goals in therapy is having a good relationship with your therapist who you feel seen and heard by. I offer free 15 minute discovery call to meet this need.

Fees for Counseling Services:
Intake sessions: $175
Individual 55-minute counseling sessions: $150
Support letters for gender affirming procedures: $0-$150 If I am in-network with your insurance plan, I will bill at no cost to you. If I am not in-network with your plan, I operate on a sliding scale and can provide services at any cost in the range above depending on need.

Sliding Scale Option:
I am committed to therapy being available to anyone despite financial constraints. I am happy to offer a sliding scale of varying degree dependent on need. Please let me know in your initial email if this is something you’d like to learn more about. *I currently do not have any reduced fee slots available.*

Out-of-Network Benefits:
Many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits, meaning that you could choose to work with a provider not in network with your insurance and receive reimbursement. I recommend that you check with your insurance to fully understand this benefit. I will promptly provide superbills upon request, which you can then submit to your insurance for reimbursement directly to you. Please be aware that you are fully responsible for the initial and ongoing payment of all fees for services, and I cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company.

Private Pay:
I am happy to work with clients who pay privately (which can include using out-of-network benefits or not using them) if they are unable to find an available, right-fit therapist who is in network with their insurance company. Paying privately means that your treatment is solely between your therapist and you and that your information is not shared with an insurance company.

Method of Payment:
Payment is due at each session. Your credit card will be kept on file in a HIPAA compliant format and will be charged at the end of each session for our agreed upon rate.

Cancellation Policy:
All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Appointments that are not canceled within this time frame will be subject to a late-cancellation fee of $100.
